The 2019 mouth guard clinic will be held the following date at
McFarlane Family Dental 3-392 Main St Mount Forest ON.
WEDNESDAY AUGUST 14th from 7:15 – 8:30 pm
Mouthguards are available in green or yellow.
A payment of $35 must be made in cash prior to impressions being taken.
