The 2018 mouth guard clinic will be held the following dates at
McFarlane Family Dental 3-392 Main St Mount Forest ON.
TUESDAY AUGUST 14th from 5:30 – 7:00 pm
and
WEDNESDAY AUGUST 22nd from 7:00 – 8:00 pm
Mouthguards are $30 and are available in green or yellow.
Payment must be made in cash prior to impressions being taken.
